I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were presented well, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The service was commendable, although there were instances of slow information transfer. The location was perfect for easy access to the city and public transport. The dining experience was above expectations with a great variety of choices. The facilities were terrific, meeting all my needs.

The hotel offers fabulous rooms that are very clean, spacious, and provide a cozy environment with a terrace, bathroom, WC, and more, although they felt a bit empty. The service was exceptional, with very friendly staff offering room service, housekeeping, laundry, a welcome drink, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance for everyone. The location is completed, with easy access to public transport, perfect for starting bicycle tours around Groningen and having a night out in the city center.
